Schley, a Waycross native, has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner since 2016, with a focus on helping patients optimize their health, performance, and longevity—so they can truly thrive, not just get by.
Outside of the clinic, he enjoys time with his wife, Morgan, and their kids, and can often be found boating, fishing, or duck hunting.
Through Back Nine Precision Health, his mission is to help patients stay sharp, strong, and well—so they can make the most of every stage of life, especially as they make the turn and enter their “back nine.”

Kaitlyn Hickox, RN and Licensed Esthetician
Kaitlyn has been a registered nurse since 2017, bringing a strong clinical foundation and passion for patient care to her profession. In 2022, she expanded her expertise into medical aesthetics, where she combines healthcare knowledge with a commitment to helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals with confidence.
Having spent most of her life in Waycross, Georgia, Kaitlyn values family, community, and meaningful connections. She has been married to her husband for seven years and enjoys spending time with family, friends, and their beloved fur babies. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling and creating lasting memories through new experiences.

Emmanuel Gage, MD
With a foundation in physical medicine and rehabilitation, Dr. Gage is passionate about helping patients move better, feel better, and perform at their highest level. His perspective helps shape Back Nine’s focus on long-term health and optimization.
Dr. Gage provides clinical oversight and supports the medical integrity of the practice.
